Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the West Adelaide Football Club Inc and West Adelaide Footballers Club Inc. will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday 12 February 2026
Time: 6pm
Location: West Adelaide Football Club, 57 Milner Road Richmond

Due to the member elected position having one nomination, there will be no requirement for an election on the night.  Retiring member elect Director Kristen Demetriou will be standing for this position.

The business of the meeting, in accordance with the Club’s Constitution, will include:

• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
• Presentation and receipt of the Annual Report of the Board
• Presentation and receipt of the audited Financial Statements
• Election and appointment of Directors
• Appointment of the Auditor
• Any other business permitted under the Constitution

Members are invited to submit any special items of business and questions of the Board to the club in writing on or before 1 February 2026.  They can be addressed to the President Alison Surjan at alison.surjan@westadelaidefc.com.au.  The Board will address and answer these questions to all members in attendance at the AGM.
