Vale Ray Charlton

The West Adelaide Football Club is saddened to advise of the passing of former President and Life Member Ray Charlton. Ray passed away aged 94 years on Thursday June 1st, 2023.

Ray served on the Board of Management from 1995 to 2006 inclusive. He was President from 2004 -2006 and was awarded Life Membership in 2006.

Ray along with his wife Colleen (deceased), children John, Steven and Jane were loyal and staunch sponsors and supporters of the club through Charlton Agencies.

Our thoughts are with the Charlton family.
