Nominations for Life Membership

In the lead up to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday February 25, the West Adelaide Football Club would like to call for nominations for Life Membership to be considered by the Board.

Life Membership may be presented to any member who has rendered valuable services to the Club over an extended period of time. As a guide, fifteen years of service or greater would be considered by the Board to be a significant period of service but Members who have not completed fifteen years may also be considered if they provided an outstanding contribution over a shorter time period.

Nominations must be made by a financial member of the Club and should be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the club using the form below.

For consideration by the Board before the 2019 Annual General Meeting the nomination must be received by the club by 5:00pm on Friday 15 February, 2019.
