2019 West Adelaide Football Club Member & Supporter Survey

At West Adelaide the opinions of our members and supporters is important to us and give us a chance to make improvements and growth. This is your chance to be heard. We invite you to complete the following survey, for your chance to win 1 of 2 $50 Westies Bar and Bistro Vouchers.

2019 WAFC Member and Supporter Survey

T&C’s:

This promotion is open to West Adelaide Football Club members that have received the WAFC Member Survey and West Adelaide supporters who have received the WAFC Member Survey (excluding West Adelaide Football Club’s directors, management and employees and their immediate families).

Entry is free.

The opening date for entries is 28/3/2019.

The closing date for entries is 17/4/2019 11:59 pm Australian Central Time.

To enter the draw participants need to have completed and submitted the WAFC Member Survey by 17/4/2019 11:59 pm Australian Central Time.

The prizes to be awarded are food and beverage vouchers valued at $AUD50 per voucher (“Prize”).

There are 2 prizes across the both surveys (the WAFC Member Survey and WAFC Supporter Survey). Total value of all prizes is $AUD100.

The draw will take place at City Mazda Stadium, 57 Milner Rd, Richmond SA 5033 11:00am Australian Central Time on 18/4/2019.

The winners will be drawn randomly from all entries received.

The winning entries will be the first two valid entry drawn from the entry pool.

The prize excludes all other costs associated with using the prize.

The prize cannot be extended.

The winner will be notified by telephone on 17/4/2019.

If unreachable by telephone, the winner will be notified by mail/email within 14 days of the draw.

The winners may collect their prize from City Mazda Stadium, 57 Milner Rd, Richmond SA 5033 or an alternative delivery method may be arranged.

Collection of the prize will be organised with the winner.

No notification will go out to other participants.

Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, if not claimed within fourteen days of the winner being notified.

There will be two winners. The winners names will be displayed in a prominent place at City Mazda Stadium, 57 Milner Rd, Richmond SA 5033 for at least 7 days after the day on which it is drawn.

The winners names will be published on the West Adelaide Football Club website www.westadelaidefc.com.au.

West Adelaide reserves the right to update the marketing preferences for entrants based on their responses to preferred communication method questions.

West Adelaide Football Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The trade promotion is being held by West Adelaide Football Club PTY LTD, ABN 73 350 884 161, City Mazda Stadium, 57 Milner Rd, Richmond SA 5033.
