Round 3 Team Selection – League and Reserves

After coming off a good victory against Port on Sunday, the League team will fly out to Port Lincoln Friday afternoon to take on Norwood this Saturday at 2:10pm at Centenary Oval.

Josh Ryan unfortunately suffered a hamstring injury late in the Port match and will miss the next 5-6 weeks, while Dylan McCormick has been placed in the concussion protocols meaning he will miss the next three matches.

Riley Corbett makes a welcome return from injury and has been named up forward and well done to Jed Obst and Sam Davidson who will play their first League games of the season. Jed and Sam will both provide speed and clean skills and both are very tricky around goals.

A big thank you to the Port Lincoln Hotel for letting our players and staff stay there for this weekend.

The Westies Bar & Bistro will be televising the match live from 2:00pm so make sure to get down there to cheer on the boys and enjoy some drink specials also.

The Reserves are set to play again on Friday night at home against Norwood starting at 6:00pm. They have been in good form to start the season and will be looking to continue that on. Unfortunately Cooper Patterson who has been playing great in the first two rounds also suffered a hamstring injury last match and will miss the next 1-2 weeks.
