Message from the CEO

As you may be aware, earlier in the week there was news relating to a convicted sex offender who had volunteered at West Adelaide during the 70’s and 80’s.

We take our player and staff welfare, both former and current, most seriously, and as such, we are reaching out to anyone that may have been affected during this time.

If you have experienced any form of perceived harassment or assault we urge you to contact either the Club or police who will take up the matter.

I would like to take this opportunity to note that it was asserted by one of the victims that West Adelaide Football Club was not informed by the relevant school of these accusations and that, so far as we are aware from information presently known to us, there are no accusations being made against the Club.
