Vale Peter William Vertudaches

The West Adelaide Football Club & Past Players & Officials are sad to announce the passing of Peter Vertudaches who died peacefully on the 4th of May 2023, surrounded by family.

Born on the 29th of October 1941, Peter was a quick, skillful and courageous wingman from the sixties.

Although Peter played most of his football for Norwood FC, he transferred to West Adelaide in 1970, playing 2 League games.

Peter made his debut for the club on May 2, 1970 in Round 4 against Glenelg aged 28.

Our thoughts are with Peter’s family and friends.
