Lily Johnson drafted to Port Adelaide in AFLW Draft

The West Adelaide Football Club is very proud to announce that Lily Johnson has been selected by Port Adelaide at pick 80 in the 2022 NAB AFLW Draft. Lily moved from Tasmania at the start of 2022 season to pursue her goal of playing SANFLW Football and joining her brother Jesse Johnson at the Bloods.

Lily made an instant impact showcasing her polished skills by hand and foot as well as displaying her running power.

It’s fantastic to see Lily’s hard work and sacrifice be rewarded and have the opportunity to live out her dream of playing in the AFLW.

The West Adelaide Football club are over the moon and wish Lily a very successful AFLW career.
