The Women’s Senior Coach is a key leadership role within our football club, responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and culture of our women’s football program. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head Coach will lead the Club’s SANFLW League team and oversee all aspects of coaching, talent development, culture and game plan implementation.
Working within the Club’s values and overarching purpose — “to unite our community through inspiring, entertaining football and social connection” — the Women’s Senior Coach will shape a high-performance environment that drives individual and team success while fostering pride and professionalism across all levels of the women’s football program, including U18s and junior pathways.
This position demands a dynamic and experienced football leader who brings modern game knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for developing talent. The successful candidate will be a culture builder and strategic thinker, capable of mentoring both players and coaches, managing complex programs, and enhancing the club’s reputation through excellence and innovation.
The role is part time 12-month contract. 0.3 equivalent and the position description is attached.
