Wheelchair League

In Round 2 we faced a challenging match coming up against the reigning premiers, Woodville West Torrens.

Heading in, the team knew it would be a tough match-up and while the scoreboard doesn’t look great there were plenty of positives to take away. Our team never dropped their heads and played hard until the final siren which is great to see especially from a group that has only play 2 games together.

A special highlight was welcoming two debutants: Johnny Phanratry and Tony Wade.

I am excited to see what they bring in the next few weeks as we start to learn to play with each other more.
