Welcome Caleb May

The West Adelaide Football Club is delighted to announce an early key signing for season 2025 – 208cm Ruckman Caleb May.

Caleb is 19 years of age and will play a crucial role for us next season leading our ruck department. Hailing from South West Sydney Blues, he has been a standout player. He boasts a lot of strengths which includes ruck craft, contested marking, endurance and clean skills. He strikes an imposing figure standing at 208cm tall and 109kg and rarely gets beaten in 1v1 contests using his frame to his advantage.

“Caleb is an exciting acquisition to our developing group. We don’t have a 207cm athlete on our list and he adds a crucial point of difference. Caleb is a strong competitor and has the ability to go forward and hit the scoreboard. This season Caleb and his family visited Adelaide and has met with all of the players.
