Team Selections Round 15 – League & Reserves

Even though it’s an away game for West Adelaide this Saturday vs Port Magpies, the match will be held at Hisense Stadium starting at 2:10pm. The reserves play on Friday evening starting at 5pm, also at Hisense Stadium.

Please note the U16’s (9:15am) and U18’s (11:30am) will play their respective matches before the League match so make sure to arrive early to see our juniors in action!

Team Selection News:

Congratulations to Riley Corbett (Ganmain) and Cade Kennedy(Mitcham) who will make their senior League debuts.

Cade has had a superb season in the reserves, his ability to find the ball in the contest and applying defensive pressure is very impressive. He has outstanding leadership and we can’t wait to see Cade bring his attributes to the team.

Riley comes in to the side to give us a big presence up forward, he has great hands and is a big kick of the football. Riley has worked very hard for this opportunity and we look forward to seeing him have an impact straight away.

Josh Gore is back and Lucas Meline returns after being a late out last week (illness), while Max Marslen and Bailey Chamberlain have been added to the squad.

Harry Barnett and Kobe Ryan are out due to SA State commitments.

Injury News:

Unfortunately Matthew McKenzie suffered a knee injury last week vs Centrals and will miss the rest of the season. More news on this injury soon.
