West Adelaide Football Club is seeking an experienced and visionary Men’s Senior Coach to lead our SANFL League team and drive our entire Men’s Football Program. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a modern game style, develop coaching strategy, and cultivate a winning culture built on professionalism, high performance, and community pride.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coaching and game strategy for the Senior Men’s team
• Oversee player development and match-day operations
• Contribute to talent pathways including Academy and Centre of Excellence
• Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture
• Engage with key stakeholders including players, staff, fans, sponsors and media

About You:

• AFL Level 3 Coaching Accreditation (or higher)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in elite coaching environments
• Commitment to talent development and community engagement
• Passion for driving success on and off the field
