Woodville-West Torrens surged to the top of the AAMI Talent League ladder with a hard-fought 18-point win against West Adelaide at Maughan Thiem Kia Oval.
Stringing together their sixth win in succession, the Eagles were only able to break clear of the persistent Bloods in the fourth quarter, booting 3.4 to 1.3.
Prime midfield movers Seb Cavallaro (25 disposals) and Noah Ah Chee (21 disposals) had an influence for the Eagles while Michael Daly (three goals) and Lachlan Marshall-Bates (four goals) hit the scoreboard.

After booting six of his team’s 10 majors last round, Jarrad was at it again against the Double Blues as his team surged ahead in the second term by booting 5.2 to 0.2.
