Daniel Caire Appointed Senior Men’s Midfield Coach

The West Adelaide Football Club is pleased to announce Daniel Caire as the midfield coach for our senior men’s sqaud.

This is an exciting addition to the coaching line up with Daniel bringing a huge amount of experience having played over 200 SANFL League matches and a premiership player in 2015.

Daniel will take over from Jack Horan, we would like to take the time to thank Jack for all his commitment in 2024. He had high praise from our midfield group and really led the change to our clearance numbers.

Daniel is looking forward to getting to work with an exciting young group who are hungry to learn and be the best they can.

“I’m very excited to reconnect with Harts after playing many years together. He’s doing a great job so l was very keen to join him after he reached out about assisting in 2025. It’s an impressive coaching line up, l can’t wait to work alongside Kaiden Brand, Nick Homburg and Ryan Anderson who I played with throughout my career also. It was always my intention to -come home – back to the Bloods so the time seems right to share my knowledge and help our midfield group go to another level.” Said Daniel.

“I am going to enjoy working with the likes of Sam Frost, Kobe Ryan, Pat Wilson, Brady Searle and Lachlan Squire just to name a few and am counting down the days until l get to introduce myself to all the players.”

We are thrilled to see you do great things for us for 2025 Cairey. Welcome home!

Go Bloods.
