2024 Neil Kerley Medal Results

On Friday night October 4th, at the Hotel Grand Chancellor we held the 2024 Neil Kerley Medal. It was a magnificent evening with over 200 guests in attendance while we celebrated multiple award winners form the 2024 season.

Congratulations to Sam Frost and Kobe Ryan who were crowned our Neil Kerley Medallists after outstanding seasons playing in the midfield. Both players averaged over 20 disposals and 6 tackles, while also hitting the scoreboard numerous times throughout the year. They were presented their medals by lats years Neil Kerley Medallist Josh Ryan.

Sam and Kobe finished on 129 votes, while Brady Searle finished on 100 votes in third place.

Brady Searle capped off a strong year taking home not only third place but the Sam Suckling Shield for Best First Year Player.

We recognised Bernie Conlen and Jeffrey Pangrazio for their outstanding contribution to the West Adelaide Football Club in 2024. Bernie has gone above and beyond with his maintenance work and organising past players to come to matches while Jeffrey has been an integral part on game days as our game day announcer and post-match presentations.

We announced our newest Life Member Adam Hartlett. Adam was a tremendous player and a key contributor in our 2015 Premiership team, but his coaching pedigree is what sets him apart – he has been instrumental in the development of our players and a class act on building positive relationships for team success.
