Howard Branson awarded Order of Australia medal on Australia Day

The West Adelaide Football Club would like to congratulate Howard Branson who was awarded the Order of Australia (OAM) medal this Australia Day for his services to the community.

Howard has been a volunteer at the Bloods for a large portion of his life which included being in charge of our cheer squad for many years.

He worked on the scoreboard, grandstand, canteen and the car park. He also spent 20 plus years as the clubs Mini League Manager.

Howard has also raised over $30,000 for Cancer Council through his Christmas lights display.
