2025 AGM
This is a reminder to our members our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 12th February 2025 at 6:30pm in the Sturt Pea Room.
Please note you must be a member to attend.
Our kitchen will be open from 5:30pm-8:00pm. We encourage you to book a table if you are having a meal on the evening. Call the office on 8352 4022 or email reception@westadelaidefc.com.au
We look forward to seeing members there.
Proxy
If you are a member and wish to vote on the resolutions at the AGM’s you should either:
attend in person, or appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf.
You may request a form of proxy by emailing the club or you can click on the below resource to download the form. (Note: a proxy form must be lodged no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting in order to be valid).
