Last Friday we had the pleasure of Abbey Holmes and Rachael Killian visiting the West Adelaide Football Club.
Abbey and Rachael were members of the Adelaide Crows AFLW premiership side in 2017 and both have been drafted to West Adelaide. This means if they are not selected for the Adelaide Crows then they are able to play for Westies in the SANFLW.
Abbie is a former netballer with Woods Panthers who did their pre-season training here at the West Adelaide Football Club a few years ago. Rachael is also familiar with Westies, having played for the West Adelaide Women’s Football Club for a number of years.
